Mr. Wisely is a native Texan with 25 years of legal experience. He has served as a Dallas Police Officer, Police Labor Relations & Employment Attorney, Adjunct University Professor, Assistant District Attorney, and State & Federal Criminal Defense Attorney. Mr. Wisely is admitted to practice in all federal courts for the Northern, Western, and Eastern Districts of Texas, including the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Wisely represents clients in both criminal and civil litigation, including civil rights violations, workplace discrimination, labor and employment issues, consumer protection, and personal injury trial law.

Ms. Tang is a first generation Vietnamese-American with more than 20 years of legal experience. She offers a variety of legal solutions to both large and small business owners, including the formation of the most advantageous business entities, real estate transactions, technical review of complex business contracts, and estate planning, including wills and trusts. Ms. Tang has represented companies in mergers and acquisitions, and has represented individuals in consumer disputes involving defective products/services and violations of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act.
